This document contains the personal data privacy policy applied by Fami Srl, the company that manages the contents of the website www.famispa.it or www.famispa.com (the \u201cSite\u201d). It describes the procedures for managing the processing of any personal data collected from Visitors (persons who simply browse the pages of the website), or from Users (persons who actually use the services that Fami Srl provides through the Site). This privacy policy aims to implement the provisions of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196\/2003) and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (\u201cGDPR\u201d).<\/p>

Note that this privacy policy does not concern websites\u00a0other than the Site<\/u>\u00a0that can be accessed or consulted through links present in the Site itself. We advise Visitors and Users who connect to these other websites to consult their relevant privacy sections.<\/p>

The controller of the personal data processed following consultation of our website and any additional data used to provide any services is Fami Srl, with registered offices in Via Stazione Rossano 13 \u2013 36027 Ros\u00e0 (VI), Italy.<\/p>

PLACE AND PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING<\/strong>
The data collected by the Site is processed at the headquarters of Fami Srl (specified above) exclusively by employees or collaborators of Fami Srl specifically assigned to these tasks. The personal data acquired from visitors using the website or provided by Visitors and\/or Users forwarding requests for information is used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the service(s) or performance requested and is forwarded to third parties only when this is strictly required to fulfil the request or is required by law. No data derived from the services provided is disclosed to external third parties unrelated to Fami Srl. Based on the specific Visitor\/User consent to marketing activities, Fami will be authorised to send promotional emails (including newsletters) and other commercial communications in electronic format concerning products and\/or services of Fami or other group companies.

DATA COLLECTION METHODS<\/strong>
Personal data of any nature sent by the User\/Visitor while using the Site to access the services provided, i.e. to view certain content in order to make requests via email, shall be archived in hard-copy or digital format. We nonetheless advise Users\/Visitors to transmit only the requested information when filling in the data transmission fields, and not to send other information (such as, for example, names or personal data not requested, including that of third parties).
Should Users\/Visitors voluntarily enter information that is incorrect, misleading or belonging to third parties (without prior authorisation from the latter), Fami Srl shall hold the transmitting person responsible for any damage the company may suffer for the sole fact of processing data not sent by the legitimate data subject.<\/p>

ACQUISITION OF COMPUTER DATA<\/strong>
During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used for the functioning of the Site acquire personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but due to its nature it could be used to identify users via data processing techniques and association with data held by third parties. This data category includes IP addresses and domain names of computers used by users to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses for the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in exchange, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters associated with the user\u2019s operating system and computer environment. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of collecting anonymous statistical information regarding the use of the website and to monitor its operation. OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION<\/strong>

Refusal to confer such data may prevent the possibility of obtaining the requested service, since the Site cannot interact with anonymous persons.<\/p>

RIGHTS OF USERS\/VISITORS<\/strong>
The data subjects have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data itself and to be informed about its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its addition, update or correction. The data subjects also have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous format, or the blocking of the data processed in breach of the law, and in any case to oppose its processing, for legitimate reasons. In order to facilitate the ability to delete data held concerning a User\/Visitor, the Site, where possible, allows for this to right to be exercised rapidly as per the Newsletter system.
In accordance with the GDPR regulation, Users\/Visitors may:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence of processing of their personal data (art. 15 GDPR);
b) request the correction or integration (art. 16 GDPR), the deletion (art. 17 GDPR) or the limitation of the processing (art. 18 GDPR);
c) request the portability of the data (art. 20 GDPR);
d) oppose the processing (art. 21 GDPR) or withdraw their consent at any time (articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 GDPR), without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing before consent was withdrawn;
e) make a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).<\/p>

DATA CONSERVATION<\/strong>
Personal data is processed in hard-copy format and\/or with the use of automated tools for the time strictly required to carry out the tasks for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, its illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.<\/p>

REQUESTS \u2013 COMPLAINTS<\/strong>
